Common questions about the BillHive Pricing Table feature.


Can I show add-ons and charges on my pricing page?

Currently, the pricing table supports displaying plans only. Add-ons and charges are not shown directly on the pricing page. However, these items can be displayed within the BillHive checkout widget when a customer proceeds to purchase.

Support for displaying add-ons and charges on the pricing page is planned for a future release.


How can I customize the colors of the pricing page?

You have full flexibility over color customization. You can either:

  • Choose from one of the preset color templates for a quick setup, or
  • Individually customize the five color elements: Primary, Accent, Text, Button Text, and Background.

Can I pre-fill customer details in the checkout widget?

Yes. You can use functions to prepopulate customer information before checkout opens:

  • Email and name — Pre-fill the customer's email address and name.
  • Billing address — Set the customer's billing address.
  • Quantity — Pre-set the subscription quantity.

You can also control whether customers are allowed to edit these pre-filled fields.


Can the pricing page automatically populate variables in custom URLs?

Yes. When using the "Redirect to URL" button action, you can append dynamic query parameters to your redirect URLs, including:

This is useful for passing context to lead capture forms or custom checkout flows.


How do I redirect users after a successful checkout?

Set up post-checkout redirection for each plan individually:

  1. Go to BillHive Dashboard > Product Catalog > Plans.
  2. Select the plan you want to configure.
  3. Set the redirect URL in the plan's checkout settings.

After a successful purchase, the customer will be automatically redirected to the specified URL.


Is the pricing table free to use?

Yes. All features of the BillHive Pricing Table are currently available for all users at no additional cost.


Where is the pricing page hosted?

Pricing pages and associated data are hosted on BillHive's secure servers. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.


Can I create multiple pricing pages?

Yes. You can create multiple pricing pages for different use cases — such as different product lines, regions, or marketing campaigns. Each pricing page can display a different selection of plans with unique customization.


Does the pricing page work on mobile devices?

Yes. BillHive pricing tables are fully responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.


Can I use the pricing table with multiple currencies?

Yes. If your product catalog supports multiple currencies, the pricing table can display a currency selector or automatically detect the visitor's location and show pricing in their local currency using geolocation.
